• Interviewed and queried staff in BCG offices in 15 cities around the world, from Munich to Madras, Singapore to Dallas, and then wrote and edited content for each BCG office "sitelet"

• Wrote and edited all content for VideoLink's redesigned website, www.videolink.tv, including company history, services and facilities, plus case studies and press releases
• Rewrote and edited company literature (brochures, letters and other materials) for sales force and marketing department
• VideoLink is one of the East Coast's premiere broadcast production and transmission companies, providing satellite trucks, production crews, broadcast facilities and program development services from Maine to Washington, D.C. It enables broadcasters, celebrities and companies to record their programs or go live via fiber, satellite and the Internet.

• Edited Dean's first book, Full Circle (Joseph Beatrice Publishing, 2003), which is set in Wilmington, North Carolina, during the 1898 massacre of the black middle class. This story is about a young black professional woman, Terry Weeks, who's searching for herself. Full of adventure and personal insights.

• Edited and wrote content, and did basic HTML coding for the Consumer and Health Care sections of Olympus' Internet site (www.OlympusAmerica.com), and edited and wrote content for the company's intranet site
• Edited and wrote content, and performed basic coding for Nestlé.com
• Wrote case studies for major digital strategy, creative solutions, branding, online marketing and new technologies projects (e.g. Compaq and Radisson) for Zentropy Partner's Internet site, www.zentropypartners.com, and worked on in-house editing projects for the company's intranet site

• Edited entertainment stories and calendar listings for 10 East Coast cities 
• Ran weekly writing workshops for approx. 20 reporters, and met with writers individually to discuss how to write concisely and with flair
